Week ending 7th Sept. I managed to paint the end wall of the bungalow before the rains descended. The forecast was quite correct this time with monsoon like rain for most of the day. Tim and I ventured out at 5pm for the usual walk with a large umbrella but he was not impressed and turned back for home after a few hundred yards!
We've been home for almost a week now and the leaves are starting to fall from the Sycamore tree in the garden. The weather is not particularly sunny but I have managed to clean the outside of the MH and car and paint the end wall of the bungalow so far. When my aching right shoulder recovers I'll attack the front end of the bungalow, then the bits in between!
We have 3 weeks at home before our next trip away to the New Forest in Hampshire.
