No, it's not that I've been allowed out but had to take the MH to the Fiat commercial dealer to replace the engine mounts. This is Fiat's first stage of a modification to fix the reversing judder which can wreck the gearbox. I'm sincerely hoping it will fix the problem as the next stage is a rebuild of the gearbox with a lower reverse gear. One wonders just how skilled they are to attempt a rebuild and how many other problems could be generated by it.
My initial assessment is that it is greatly improved- time will tell.
Weather was very bad on the return journey with torrential rain. Now the MH needs a good washing down- job for tomorrow!
