Timmy, I said smile not stick your tongue out!!!!
I seem to have been very lazy, not keeping up with the blog while we have been at home for almost 2 weeks. On route from High Onn we stopped off at Malvern for one night to break the journey, a little strange as we will be returning tomorrow for 14 days.
During our stay at home I've been trying to get the MH at bit more level on the drive by making wooden ramps. It doesn't look like it slopes very much, but currently 8" of ramp still doesn't bring the MH level! We seem to have a damp patch in the roof over an area where the rollout awning was loose, so I've re-sealed that area which will hopefully seal the leak.
Another major'ish task was to trim Timmy with the clippers rather than stripping which is the "breed" preferred method. I can't see that yanking great lumps of fur out can be anything other than painful.
I had my annual pacemaker checkup at Torbay which is always interesting to see how much I'm using it- currently 42%. It never ceases to amaze me what a clever piece kit it is.
Thoughts on blogs.
Looking on the web I see people use it for different purposes, some for photos of their hobby, thoughts on life, or in my case a record of our travels around the UK.
I'm not good with words and particularly bad at punctuation, as it's more important to me that I get it written rather than worry about the bits and bobs of punctuation. So apologies if I miss a comma or use a word in the wrong context, that's just the way I am! Fixing things and making things is where my skills lie which I get from my dear old Dad, sadly long departed.

Timmy looks sweet! Good on you for not using what must be a painful trimming method. Does he mind the clippers? My Samoyed used to hate anything that was noisy near her.
As for grammar and spelling, I hear ya - I'm getting worse the older I get. It's as you say, far more important to get it down (in my case before I forget) that to have it pretty. Though your is always perfect from what I can see!
I do so enjoy your blogs - they are a wonderful insight into your travels and life on the road. And for me, a peek at life "across the pond." Thank you for that,
Iz
Thanks Iz, Timmy enjoys anything which can be classed as "fuss"! He just loves attention from people, dogs he can't be bothered.
I must admit to having a proof reader- Di, who corrects my efforts.
I enjoy your blog too!!!!
