Bow Hill Farm, East Marden, Chichester

We stumbled on this little gem of a Caravan & Motorhome Club site and we would  give it a try. It's located north of Portsmouth and Chichester.  They have a website see http://www.bowhillfarm.co.uk/ The entrance is a bit of a tight left turn and you come to it quite suddenly after a fork in the road, nevertheless, we managed it ok in the MH towing the car.

We chose pitch 5 and booked on line as it looked interesting with a pond nearby. The site is adult only, possibly the pond is considered a hazard for children. There's 3 pitches on a higher level and another next to us on pitch 5. They are all reasonably level hard standings with electric and water supply but no waste water disposal on the pitch. I had to trek up the incline to the waste and chem toilet disposal point.
The facilities consisting of a shower, 2 toilets, washing machine and drier are housed in a log cabin on the upper level. They were spotlessly clean at all times.
Wifi on pitch is free and really does run at 50Mb

There's no dedicated dog walk but plenty of footpaths and bridle ways accessible from the site.
Finally, yes, it is a very quiet site.

Sunset over Portsmouth.

On a clear day you can see Portsmouth with the Spinnaker Tower.

Moorhen with chick from the pond. At the start of our holiday there were 5 chicks but only 4 at the end. That's nature!

Yes, it really does flood at Bosham.
