SPENDING A LOT OF TIME DOING NOTHING

For the past few weeks it has either been raining or bitterly cold or both, preventing me doing any outside jobs, particularly on the motorhome where I need to check out the water system, fit mudflaps and stop rainwater entering the engine compartment- a really silly system invented by Fiat, obviously for ease of assembly but allows rainwater to flood over the engine.
We seem to have missed the worst of the bad weather which hit areas north of us where they had 2 ft of snow. All we had was a few flakes!
Yesterday I managed to fit the rear mudflaps and drain tubes from the windscreen scuttle but one area still needs attention in the centre where there's a few drips getting through. The problem is that I need some dry weather to get the sealant to stick and that's not really possible at this time of year!
