We set off at 9am in pouring rain- thank God I didn't waste time cleaning the car and MH! It was about 200 miles to Birmingham for our first stop for the night- not a very quiet site as it backs onto a dual carriageway but OK for one night. I got soaked filling up with water and unhitching the car. Sod's law, as soon as we pitched the MH it stopped raining!
After lunch Di flooded the toilet compartment by leaning on the shower control lever which I had re-positioned to avoid such an event- best laid plans of mice and men springs to mind. At least the Internet connection seems to work OK.
Tomorrow we travel another 200 miles to Durham where we will stay for 5 nights taking in a wedding and a large family party in Sunderland.
