Today finds us at Blackmore CC site near Malvern, on route to Grin Low in Buxton in the Peak District. Yesterday we travelled from home, making this a stopover to break the journey. It took a long time due to the amount of traffic as it was the end of the half term holiday. We're hoping for a better second half of the journey today.
I snapped this weird outfit on the Blackmore site, a sort of modern gypsy ( or should that be Romany, or traveller!) caravan with minimal windows!
Yesterday it rained for the first time in many weeks but was still 27C in the MH in the evening- rained again in the night, back to 16C this morning.
Hitting the road at 9am.
Update - We had a good journey, in fact we had to stop in a lay by to waste some time as the site doesn't accept new arrivals until 12 noon. On our arrival, we were second in the queue and managed to get our favourite pitch.
