After lunch today we drove to Ledbury, just 10 miles from the caravan site. Ledbury is a thriving market town in rural England. The town has a large number of timber framed buildings, in particular along Church Lane (centre photo). We thought it was particularly attractive with the hanging baskets of flowers along the streets.
After a ramble up and down we returned to the site to find a mobile fish & chip van would be calling early evening- dinner sorted! The fish was superb but the chips needed more cooking.

What a beautiful little town. I love the "zig-zag" lines on the road! It must have been lovely to walk around here.
