TBO STOP #3 SUTTON ON SEA

Mablethorpe beach complete with donkeys - dogs are banned. They must be very well trained donkeys not to mess on the beach!
Sutton sea front is more or less undeveloped, other than a very long line of beach huts sitting precariously on top of the raised sea defences.
Mablethorpe is completely different with amusement arcades, burger bars, bingo halls, in fact everything we wouldn't want! On the plus side it did have two supermarkets for stocking up with grub!

I tried many times to capture the sunset from the site entrance, but never quite equalled the spectacular one which Di saw while I was in the shower. Typical!





We did have some hot, sunny days and considering the weather reports from other parts of the UK, we did  exceptionally well during our 11 day stay.

Finally, Timmy playing ball on a long leash. He does bring it back, but getting it off him is really the game as far as he is concerned! Here he is challenging me to 'come & get it'!
