TENBY

We ventured out to Tenby, about 10 miles from our site. The one thing that surprises me about this area is the place names are all English and yet it’s in Wales. Most names elsewhere are in unpronounceable Welsh with too many ‘L’s or not a vowel in sight!

I took some picture postcard photos of the north and south beaches. The inshore lifeboat was launched - not very impressive is it? Incidentally, Tenby is the only place in Wales where Di would be prepared to live!

Wow, this place looks spectacular. Beautiful photos...the tides must be quite high when the come in as the beach looks like it goes a long way, at I am assuming, low tide. These truly are picture post cards.
